I feel your pain this week. Monday Oct. 5th was 20 years since my Mom passed away from breast cancer. It never seems to get any easier, does it? Sending you some supportive hugs and prayers that your heart may find comfort and peace this week. Amy Tara
AWE - that is hard losing a Daddy and so young also. Sending hugs your way. I have yet to lose a parent but I have lost a dear grandmother last year and there are times I miss her still.
I'm 38 years old, and I still have my parents and 3 out of 4 of my grand-parents alive. I know that I'm a lucky person ( in that area of my life ) but on the other side I know that some day they won't be here anymore... Thinking of that makes me nervous, but that is part of life too.
I'm so sorry, Kelly. I know you miss your daddy so much. I love you and miss you...i feel like we haven't talked in so long. Hope you are doing okay. xoxo
Kelly it has been awhile since I've stopped by but something led me here today. Thank you for responding on Facebook when I posted about my mom.
I can imagine that even at 10 years how hard it truly still is. I've only experienced this year and I can say that it is still fresh, but honestly I think it will be fresh all of my life. I know they say it gets easier and such but what I feel is a total loss and ache that I've truly never experienced in my life...
I go through days where I still pick up the phone, or I say to myself Oh I need to call mom and share this.. I am sure that you can relate.

My dad died in 1990..................................

My heart goes out to you... as a daughter... and a daddy's girl..
Kelly I am sorry for your loss and felt compelled to leave a message as my dad passed away 6 weeks ago.
